Monthly Workshop Series: Family Yoga

A fun Yoga Journey for the whole Family. Yoga Games, Fire Circle, partner yoga, and Yoga Journeys to encourage connection, trust and flexibility! Kids 9 and up can attend alone, kids 9 and under must be accompanied by parent.
3 workshop series: Sept. 27th at Indigo South (3276 Commercial St. SE);
Oct. 18th and Nov. 15th at Indigo Downtown (155 Liberty St. NE)
1:00 pm-2:30 pm.
