Juliet’s yoga style is a blend of hatha and vinyasa that is flowing and gentle, yet rigorous. She helps students deepen into their practice through mindfulness, connecting to the earth, and breath and body awareness. Juliet is inspired by the cycles and patterns of nature, spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle and yoga teachers Erich Schiffman and Seane Corn. She received her yoga teacher training at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California where she lived for five years and taught yoga and meditation. Juliet also taught yoga for two years in Portland before relocating to Salem. Juliet loves to dance, run, garden and write poetry and is a registered professional engineer and energy analyst at the Oregon Public Utility Commission.
