Kristel attended and graduated from Oregon School of Massage. She has been licensed and practicing massage since 2004. Her spa experience has nurtured a desire to pamper while healing. Through education and personal experience, Kristel emphasizes the importance of self-care, and it’s role in healing. She uses alternative medicine and therapies regularly with great success in her own life, and hopes others will experience this as well. Kristel adapts each treatment to the needs of each individual. Massage therapies provided include Injury Recovery, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Fijian, Swedish, Pre-natal, Foot Reflexology, and Hot River Stone Detox.
