Background:
Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Oregon State University and graduated in June of 1991. In 2004 she left an 11 year career in neuroscience at the University of Texas medical school to pursue fitness full time. Nichole has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years, specializing in mind/body exercise. Her latest endeavor, Vino & Vinyasa, combines two of her passions: yoga and wine.
