FAQ
How does membership pricing work?
Insurance does not always cover the services that you know you need to feel better, move better, have more resilience. Our basic Indigo Wellness Membership eliminates all the insurance hassles: pre-authorizations, co-pays, unclear benefits, denials and allows us to focus on what we do best – focusing on caring for you. Wellness members enjoy an affordable flat rate on chiropractic care. Massage, yoga class passes, private yoga sessions, and retail are all discounted for members at 10% off regular pricing. All our Wellness Plus memberships are monthly auto-debit with no contracts. Just let us know when you want to stop! For more information, check out our About page.
Can I take yoga classes in the studio?
Due to COVID precautions and regulations, all of our yoga, healthy back, pilates, and meditation classes are now available live-stream online, or by demand within 24 hours of the class. It is our deepest hope that one day we will be able to resume our classes in our beautiful studio.
Do I need insurance to book an appointment with a chiropractor?
We are completely committed to helping our patients, and strive to take the hassles of dealing with insurance out of the way by offering time of service discounts and Indigo Wellness Membership pricing. Insurance does not always cover the services that you know you need to feel better, move better, have more resilience.
If you do have insurance that covers chiropractic, our chiropractors are preferred providers with many forms of insurance, from personal injury to basic medical insurance and we are happy to bill your insurance for you.
What if I miss a live-stream class?
We honor your commitment to your practice. Many of our teachers record the classes and can make them available to you to view at a more convenient time. If you know you will be missing a class, simply email us at info@indigowellnesscenter.com. We will pass your request on to your teacher who will send you the link for the class.
